Copy Deal to Filogix Expert

Scarlett Mortgage is a full origination system and you can submit your files directly to lenders through the platform. There may be times when you need to co-broker a file to an agent who does not use the Scarlett Mortgage platform, or to push the file to Filogix Expert for compliance as required through your brokerage. For this function there is a copy to Filogix Expert ability.

1) Within the deal, navigate to "Filogix Expert"

2) Click the "Copy Deal to Expert" button

If you are pushing the deal to Expert after submission for compliance, there is no associated cost, otherwise pushing a deal to Filogix has an associated fee.
