Available Lenders

Scarlett Mortgage connects to the lenders over either the Filogix (Expert) or Newton (Velocity) highway, depending on your network affiliation.

The lender list is controlled by these companies. All lenders must be registered with Filogix or Newton to receive deals in order to be available for submission in Scarlett Mortgage.

Not all lenders take application through a digital system. Some have their own application systems and may intake applications through email or their own portal. We recommend you verify with the lender's BDM directly who can give you submission instructions.

If a lender is changing their own software system, they may also change the connection to the highway(s). When this happens they may be removed temporarily while the new connection is established.

It could also be that they have elected to take in applications in a different way. We recommend you verify with the lender's BDM as to whether they recently changed systems, and whether there is an ETA for them to be back up to receive applications.
